Construction Tendering Staff

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Study, review, and fully understand the information in the design drawings and accompanying instructions, and prepare detailed quantity takeoffs for each item, consolidating them into a comprehensive quantity summary.
  • Check supplier and subcontractor prices to establish construction unit prices for each task and the entire project. Consolidate unit prices and quantities for the project.
  • Handle contract work, control costs, and manage financial reporting, payments, and settlements for suppliers, subcontractors, and investors.
  • Communicate and work with relevant parties such as management, site supervisors, investors, project management boards, subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams.
  • Coordinate with design, accounting, and materials departments.
  • Inspect and accept quality and quantity with investors, contractors, and construction teams.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in quantity takeoffs and preparing construction estimates.
  • Proficient in using Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and specialized software.
  • Honest and conscientious.
  • Enthusiastic, efficient, and proactive.
