Interior Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop detailed construction plans and prepare for the tasks/areas under your responsibility.
- Implement and manage construction tasks/areas: create work schedules for subcontractors/teams; monitor and supervise subcontractors/suppliers/teams/groups to promptly address issues related to quality, progress, and safety; resolve any problems that arise during construction.
- Ensure occupational safety: regularly check and remind subcontractors/suppliers/construction teams/groups to adhere to safety principles on the construction site.
- Achieve the overall objectives of the site management board: promptly implement all directives, policies, etc., from the company or site management board; propose creative solutions to improve work efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Architecture/Construction/Interior Design.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in construction and interior finishing for hotel, apartment, resort, and office building projects.
- Proficient in specialized and office computer software.
- Ability to handle work pressure and willingness to travel for work.
- Good English skills are a significant advantage.
